Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed strawberries with a little sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to create the crunchy topping.
- Fill each ice cream cone with the cheesecake mixture, then top with crushed strawberries.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
Notes
