  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Dip ladyfingers briefly in the cooled coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
  3. In a trifle dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.
  4. Add half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the mascarpone.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
