Description
A quick and easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe that can be made in just 20 minutes, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or sliced chili peppers.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
