  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted.
  6. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
