Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with water according to package instructions to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dumplings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can use rotisserie chicken.
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
