Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Arrange the asparagus on top of the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
