Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add diced apples, cinnamon, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon for the chips.
- Cut flour tortillas into triangles and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the tortillas.
- Bake the tortillas in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve the apple pie dip with the cinnamon sugar chips for dipping.
