Description
A delicious and healthy Air Fryer Tofu Stir Fry that is crispy, tangy, and completely vegan.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, combine bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and maple syrup.
- Add the vegetables to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can air fry the tofu for a few more minutes.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
