Description

A delicious and healthy Air Fryer Tofu Stir Fry that is crispy, tangy, and completely vegan.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and maple syrup.
  6. Add the vegetables to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can air fry the tofu for a few more minutes.
  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
