  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. While the steak is cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Once the steak bites are done, toss them in the garlic butter and serve with sautéed mushrooms on the side.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
