Description

These Air Fryer Cinnamon-Sugar Donut Holes are a delicious and easy treat that are better than traditional fried donuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Using a small cookie scoop, drop the batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between each donut hole.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for coating.
  8. Once the donut holes are cooked, toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture while they are still warm.
