Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until a dough forms.
- Let the dough cool slightly, then add vanilla extract.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small bites onto parchment paper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the churro bites with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll the churro bites in the mixture after cooking.
