Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin or agar-agar for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Reishi mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lion’s Mane mushroom powder
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice for flavor

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and stir until dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin or agar-agar over the juice and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add Reishi and Lion’s Mane powders, mixing well.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into gummy molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once set, remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.

  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey or syrup.
