- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add sprinkles and pulse a few times to mix.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

- For a thicker shake, use less almond milk.
