- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, and salt.
- Add olive oil and water, stirring until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a pizza pan to form the crust.
- Layer the diced bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and mushrooms on the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning over the veggies.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
