- 2 cups of white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and strawberry puree.
- Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, use fresh strawberries to make the puree.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
