Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
- Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place the bowls in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
